Return within thirty (30) days of purchase
- Hardware returned undamaged in its original packaging with its purchase receipt is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase.
- All services, monthly charges, activation fees, long distance charges incurred are not refundable.
- In the case of a contract commitment, contract cancellation penalties will not be charged to the client upon return of the hardware.
Return after thirty (30) days of purchase
Hardware returned undamaged in its original packaging with its purchase receipt after 30 days of purchase and within 6 months of purchase can be returned for a CDN $50.00 credit applied to the client’s credit card.
- All services, monthly charges, activation fees, long distance charges incurred are not refundable.
- In the case of a contract commitment, contract cancellation penalties will apply and be charged to the client.
